Unit 1

Unit 1 is a two bedroom unit with a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a queen-size bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, plus an inner-spring sofa bed in the lounge area. It is ideal for two couples or two small families and sleeps 7 guests."

Unit 2

Unit 2 is a single bedroom unit with a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, plus a queen-size bed in the lounge area. It will sleep up to 7 guests.

Unit 3

Unit 3 is a single bedroom unit with a double and single bunk bed in the bedroom and a queen-size bed and in the lounge area. Ideal for a small family, but able to sleep 7 guests.

Unit 4

Unit 4 is a single bedroom unit with a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a queen-size bed in the lounge area. Ideal for a small family, and able to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Unit 5

Unit 5 is a two bedroom unit with a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, a queen-size and single bunkbed in the second bedroom, and an inner-spring sofa bed in the lounge area. Sufficient space for 8 guests.

Unit 6

Unit 6 is a two bedroom unit with a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, a queen-size bed and a bunk bed in the other bedroom, plus an inner-spring sofa bed in the lounge area. Ideal for two couples or two small families.

Unit 7

Unit 7 is a single bedroom unit with a double in the lounge area, queen, single bunk and trundle bed in the bedroom. Ideal for a small family but able to sleep 8.

Unit 8

Unit 8 is a single bedroom unit with a queen-size bed and single bunk bed in the bedroom and a queen-size bed in the lounge area. Ideal for a small family, but able to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Reggie's Cottage

Unit 9 - Reggie's Cottage - is a one-bedroom detached cottage with a double bed in the bedroom and a queen-size bed in the lounge area. It sleeps 4 guests.

Molly's Cottage

Unit 10 - Molly's Cottage- is a two-bedroom detached cottage with a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom, plus an inner-spring sofa bed in the living room. It will accommodate 6 guests.

We have a range of self contained Holiday Units and Cottages for you to choose from.

For Families:

As you can see from the map below Units 1 to 5 face a fenced-in area which gives families with children excellent security. The fence has childproof latches and protects a children's playground with a cubby house, orbit tennis, a swing set and a slide.

For Individuals and Couples:

Our accommodation is very well suited to individuals, couples and couples travelling together as each unit and cottage has at least two queen-size beds.

For Groups:

We are able to accommodate groups of adults, students or larger families as we have more than 40 available beds. For groups of 15 or more we are happy to negotiate a special rate depending on length of stay.

For Pet Owners:

All of our Cottages support a pet-friendly environment with fenced off areas for your four-legged friend's comfort and security. Ball throwers and tennis balls are available for loan on request at no extra charge. There is also a local pet day-care service available for days you may wish to visit Conservation and/or National Parks as pets are not permitted (even in vehicles!) at these sites, please ask for details.

These bookings need to be made directly and are subject to availability (there is a small fee per pet).

Each area has access to outdoor barbecue facilities with seating. To read a brief description of each unit and to find out how many guests it takes, just use your mouse.

Units

You can choose the unit sleeping configuration that suits you best, and relax in comfort.

Clarice's Cottage - 10a Troubridge Road, Kingscote. This cottage is located separately to our other facilities at the same location as our office.

This cottage has upgraded facilities for guests to use, including Austar and an Xbox 360 console which also serves as a DVD player. It also has a viewing platform with tables and chairs right outside the front door, overlooking the beautiful Nepean Bay and is situated on a quiet three-acre property.

Arrival and Departure Times:

We want to prepare your unit thoroughly for your arrival, so you will have access to your unit from 1:00pm. Departure time is at 10:00am in the morning to allow us to prepare your unit for incoming guests. However, in our off-peak season we are usually able to be flexible with arrival and departure times, so just ask to see what can be done!

Our Office:

The office is situated at 10 Troubridge Road, Kingscote. This is just three streets up from the off-site Units and Cottages (drive up past Thisby Street and Flinders Avenue and the next street on the right is Troubridge Road). The Office and Clarice's Cottage can be found at the end of Troubridge Road in a large yard - there is a sandwich board at the gate. Our office is open for emergencies 24 hours, but normal office hours are between 9:30am and 5:00pm.
