CLIFFORD'S HONEY FARM
Kangaroo Island is the home to the world's only pure strain of Ligurian bee. KI is a bee sanctuary and it is illegal to bring any honey products on to the Island. At Clifford's Honey Farm, opened in 1993,you can see the bees at work in a glass hive, get information about bee-handling and extraction, and taste a variety of honeys.

ISLAND PURE SHEEP DAIRY
The dairy opened its doors to the public in September 1995 and offers you a first-hand glimpse of the making of sheep dairy products from the milking to the tasting. You can view the milking through large viewing windows and the tour includes a tasting session, where you can sample five types of cheese and two types of yoghurt. Bon appetit!

EUCALYPTUS DISTILLERY
The "Emu Ridge" Distillery was established by F.H. Faulding in 1923 in recognition of KI's high concentration of the naturally occurring oil-producing tree "Eucalyptus cneorifolia". The still was revitalised in 1991 and with regular production each week, using century-old methods, oil is distributed throughout Australia.
